Student Issues & Campus Safety

The education attorneys at Warren Law Group often draft student disciplinary procedures and codes of conduct, assist in the revising and updating of student handbooks and develop student sexual assault prevention guidelines. In addition, we counsel and train student affairs administrators, advise on study abroad programs and provide guidance on Title IX compliance, athletic programs, FERPA, and other privacy issues.

CAMPUS SAFETY

Campus safety has become a prevalent and growing concern for educational institutions.  Our education attorneys assist educational institutions with the Campus Security Act (Clery Act) and compliance therewith, emergency preparedness, and risk management. Our attorneys also draft threat-to-self and threat-to-others policies and work closely with campus security officers and administrators.
