Stephen has litigated and arbitrated a variety of civil legal matters, with experience in but not limited to copyright infringement, breach of contract, property damage, environmental law actions, and defamation, upon other legal matters.

Stephen represents plaintiffs and defendants in both state and federal courts. He has also counseled countless clients on intellectual property issues including trademark and copyright registration and brand or content protection.

  • Of Counsel to Kenneth Reich Law, LLC in defense of a Fortune 500 Company in Federal Environmental Litigation regarding CERCLA violations in the 10th Circuit as well as a state environmental matter in MA defending a party to a consent judgment and challenges to MassDEP’s enforcement thereto.
  • Litigated Plaintiff’s copyright infringement case against a media conglomerate resulting in a favorable settlement.
