Stephen has litigated and arbitrated a variety of civil legal matters, with experience in but not limited to copyright infringement, breach of contract, property damage, environmental law actions, and defamation, upon others.

Stephen represents plaintiffs and defendants in both state and federal courts. He has also counseled countless clients on intellectual property issues including trademark and copyright registration and brand or content protection.

Notable cases include winning a favorable settlement for a client in a copyright infringement case against one of the biggest tech companies in the world, winning an arbitration for a business owner against a rogue former employee who stole clients and intellectual property and successfully negotiating a settlement and voluntary dismissal with prejudice of a breach of contract claim for a restauranteur whose former business partner sued for far more than he was entitled to.
