Samara Yousif is an attorney specializing in regulatory compliance, financial services, securities litigation, and commercial litigation. Samara represents clients in FINRA arbitrations, and before state courts.

Prior to joining Warren Law Group, Samara served as the Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Tort Division of the New York City Law Department. Samara bolstered her litigation experience by representing the City of New York and its municipal agencies in tort claims in State Court. Samara managed tort cases at all stages of litigation, regularly conducted and defended depositions, and successfully argued before New York State Supreme Court.

Samara is currently an affiliate member of the Compliance Committee of the New York City Bar Association (NYCBA). With the Compliance Committee, Samara is part of different subcommittees, including the Financial Crimes/Anti-Corruption/AML/ Trade Sanctions, Securities Law/Regulation Compliance, and Corporate General Compliance.

While undertaking her law degree, Samara served as a Notes and Comments Editor of the City University of New York Law Review and the Vice President for City University of New York School of Law Moot Court for the academic year of 2017-2018. Samara participated in the 2018 Hon. Elaine Jackson Stack Moot Court Competition and received first place. Additionally, Samara worked as a research assistant where she researched and analyzed case law with respect to reasonable accommodations in the employment context. Samara is currently in the process of obtaining a Regulatory Compliance Specialization certificate.
