Maximilian Travis

Maximilian Travis is a seasoned trial attorney with nearly a decade of experience handling a variety of litigation matters.

Mr. Travis routinely represents subcontractors, developers, and owners in construction litigation, including the enforcement of mechanic’s liens and lien law article 3-A trust fund recovery and the negotiation of license agreements and prosecution of NY RPAPL 881 special proceedings. 

In addition, Mr. Travis represents corporate clients in various forms of commercial litigation, including partnership disputes, removal of online defamation, enforcement of money judgments, enforcement of insurance policies, defense against ADA internet litigation, compliance with NYC administrative regulations, as well as mediation, arbitration, and contract and settlement negotiations of many kinds.

Mr. Travis was previously affiliated with the Warren Law Group, which merged with Scarinci Hollenbeck in January 2024. Mr. Travis earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from New York Law School in New York, NY, and his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Government from Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA.
