Maximilian Travis, Esq. is Of Counsel to Warren Law Group
Maximilian has over six years of commercial litigation experience in New York State Courts and SDNY and EDNY Federal Courts.
Before joining Warren Law Group, Maximilian devoted a majority of his practice to representing contractors, developers, and home owners in construction litigation, including the enforcement of mechanic’s liens and lien law article 3-A trust fund recovery; the negotiation of license agreements and prosecution of NY RPAPL 881 special proceedings; interpretation and enforcement of public works contracts; and prosecution and defense of home improvement contracts.
He has also represented corporate clients in various forms of commercial litigation, including partnership disputes, removal of online defamation, enforcement of money judgments, enforcement of insurance policies, defense against ADA internet litigation, compliance with NYC administrative regulations, mediation, arbitration, and contract and settlement negotiations of many kinds.
