Brittany Hulbert is a litigation law clerk at Warren Law Group.

Brittany assists with drafting legal documents and performing legal research. She has previously worked as a law clerk where she drafted motions, answers and discovery demands and responses, and conducted research regarding commercial and insurance matters.

At New York Law School, Brittany completed a Note for NYLS Law Review regarding the indemnification of landlords within commercial leases under the New York General Obligations Law § 5-321 which received a writing award for best paper by a graduating student on any issue involving landlord-tenant law. Brittany will be sitting for the New Jersey Bar Exam in July 2022 and will become bar certified in New York.

Brittany is also proficient in conversational Italian.
