The SEC charged Eric Malley and MG Capital Management for defrauding real estate investors. The SEC complaint alleges $58 million was invested in the real estate fund based on lengthy and false personal and business investment history provided to investors; Malley in fact had none in capital management.
Real estate investors and entrepreneurs have a right to recover investments made under fraudulent pretenses.
