[NEW YORK, NEW YORK, October 2022] Warren Law Group is pleased to announce John Keenan as Partner of the firm. John has over 20 years of experience as an attorney, specializing in commercial litigation, international commercial litigation, entertainment law, cross-border transactions, cross-border bankruptcy, and domestic and international commercial arbitration.
John has served as trial counsel in complex commercial litigation cases throughout the United States and Canada and has represented commercial clients in bankruptcy litigation, including cross-border ancillary proceedings. He has extensive experience as lead counsel in domestic and international complex commercial arbitrations under the auspices of various arbitration organizations in North America, Europe, and Asia. John has also served as an arbitrator in numerous commercial matters.
Additionally, John has frequently counseled his business clients in domestic and cross-border commercial transactions. Due to John’s extensive international legal experience, he can protect and advance the interests of his American business clients and clients abroad.
John writes and lectures on international commercial arbitration and various commercial matters in North America and Asia. He is regularly requested to speak in Canada on Investment Treaties and the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement.
