Warren Law Group is pleased to welcome four new attorneys to the firm!

C.A. Morrison is an experienced cannabis regulatory attorney and entrepreneur, having pioneered one of the first cannabis businesses and non-profits in Denver, Colorado, and will lead our cannabis, hemp, and CBD division at Warren Law Group. Before and during her tenure as director and in-house counsel at Societe Generale, Morrison earned decades of experience in financial restructurings under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code for individual debtors, large corporate entities, and commodities financing transactions.

Dan Kolber has over 40 years of experience in corporate transactions, FINRA arbitrations and mediations, securities law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Dan focuses much of his practice on blue sky filings, public and private offerings, 5123 compliance offerings, registered investment advisory filings, cross-border filings, Form D, S1 registrations, and PIPE’s.

Stephen Reich is a seasoned commercial litigator in business-to-business disputes, such as breach of contract, copyright and trademark infringement, property and environmental law actions, and business torts such as tortious interference and defamation. He has counseled startups and midmarket businesses on intellectual property issues, including trademark and copyright registration and brand or content protection.

Jorge Salva serves as the trusted legal adviser and outside counsel to entrepreneurs and early-stage, small and middle-market businesses. Jorge has 20 years of legal experience, trained by prominent New York-area mid-size law firms representing shareholders, fortune 500 companies, global insurers, and Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy trustees in a wide variety of complex transactions and commercial disputes.
