SEC Charges Vuuzle Media and Founder in Boiler-Room Tactics Scheme

The SEC reports that it has charged the Vuuzle Media Corporation and its founder, Ronald Shane Flynn, for several securities violations, including fraud, related to their offering $14 million in securities to United States investors using “boiler-room tactics” from operations in the Philippines. Mr. Flynn is also accused of misappropriation of funds. Richard Marchitto was also charged with aiding and abetting Vuuzle and Mr. Flynn by maintaining the company’s corporate and financial presence in the United States.

The SEC prosecutes these violations in court, but it is the responsibility of each investor to sue for damages when they’ve been harmed. If you have been harmed by aggressive sales tactics or fraudulent inducement to invest, you should speak to an attorney who is familiar with the complexities of bringing on a successful lawsuit.
