SEC Charges Eric Malley and MG Capital with $7 Million in Misappropriation

The SEC charged Eric Malley and MG Capital Management for defrauding real estate investors. The SEC complaint alleges $58 million was invested in the real estate fund based on lengthy and false personal and business investment history provided to investors; Malley in fact had none in capital management.
Real estate investors and entrepreneurs have a right to recover investments made under fraudulent pretenses. Intensive due diligence performed by an experienced law firm prior to making investments may steer investors away from timely and expensive litigation resulting unexpectedly from their investments.
Capital investors and entrepreneurs who have been defrauded should call Warren Law Group at (866) 954-7687 for a free attorney consultation or email info@warren.law to discuss your case.
